1. Service description
Recareo provides an AI-assisted voice recall service for UK private dental practices. We contact lapsed patients on behalf of the practice and pass booking requests to the practice team for diary confirmation.
2. Fees
- Setup fee: £495 + VAT, payable once. Non-refundable after the first test call is made.
- Performance fee: £22 + VAT per attended appointment. Failed-to-attends are not charged.
- Invoices are issued monthly for attended appointments in the prior month.
3. Client obligations
- Provide a valid lapsed patient list (CSV format: name, phone, date of last visit)
- Confirm attended appointments at month end
- Ensure they have lawful basis to share patient contact data with Recareo
4. Termination
Either party may terminate with 14 days written notice. Outstanding performance fees remain payable on termination.
5. Limitation of liability
Recareo’s liability is limited to the total fees paid in the three months preceding the claim. We do not guarantee specific booking outcomes as these depend on patient responses.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
