1. Who we are

Recareo is operated by Yegor Brusnyak trading as Recareo (“we”, “us”). Contact: yegor@recareo.uk

2. Data we collect on this website

• Name and email when you book a call via Cal.com (processed by Cal.com under their privacy policy)
• Practice contact details submitted through the onboarding form so we can send the DPA and next steps
• Anonymised page analytics (page views, session duration) via Vercel Analytics — no personally identifiable information

3. Patient data (client practices)

When a dental practice becomes a client, they may share a patient contact list with us for the purpose of outbound recall calls. Patient lists are not collected through the public website form. In this context:

• The dental practice is the Data Controller
• Recareo is the Data Processor
• We process patient data solely to perform the recall service under a signed Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
• Patient data is retained for no longer than 30 days after campaign completion
• Calls are made only to patients with an existing relationship with the practice (legitimate interest basis under UK GDPR)

4. Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your data. Email us at yegor@recareo.uk to exercise any right.

• Retell AI Inc. (USA) — voice call infrastructure, covered by Standard Contractual Clauses
• Vercel Inc. (USA) — website hosting
• Cal.com — booking management
